Huatulco's first-annual "United to Help" fair this weekend


As we are coming upon the season of giving, the first annual "United to Help" fair at Parque Rufino Tamano (across from Pemex) will be held this Saturday, Nov 5th from 12pm - 11pm and Sunday, Nov 6th from 12pm to 9pm. 
Some of the Participating Associations are:

  • DIF  - a government-run Family Support Program
  • Rotary Club of Huatulco
  • Maternity and Children’s Hospital
  • Naval Hospital
  • Esperanza de Vida (Life Expectancy Program)
  • Sueño Zapoteco (Zapotec Dream)  - support for local families
  • Formando Sueños (Forming Dreams) - a community workshop for children with different disabilities
  • General Service Centres
  • Plan Genesis 13 - a Christian service group
  • Youth Integration Centre
  • The Firemen
  • The Cancer Society
  • The Rehabilitation Association

Food and refreshments will be available for purchase and there will be an Arts & Crafts sale. plus Christmas decorations.

Have your picture taken with a “Catrina”, the elegant Day of the Dead skeleton lady...or with The Three Wise Men or Santa Claus. There will also be Lotteries and Bingo and lots of fun activities for the kids.

Please join us for this very worthwhile fundraiser to help the charitable community within Huatulco.
