Green is Good!

Does the idea of preserving as much of the environment as possible sound good?  And what if you could build your home here and be a part of a community that believes the same?  Exotic birds, tropical plants, natural surroundings, the ocean, and a secluded beach!

It is possible, and you would be talking about the Beach Village on Playa Los Arcos.

This master planned development aims to integrate 30 luxury villas into the surrounding environment and judging by the attention to detail, they have gone to great lengths to make this happen.

The environmental team has pain stakingly measured every tree on the 15 acre property and left in place all of the trees that are 8 inches in diameter or greater.  And, any other trees or flowering plants of significance were also left in place to preserve the natural beauty of the site.

Imagine driving through the stone clad entrance and seeing the green roof that has been implemented to the administration building.  And, the carefully planted rows of tomatoes and citrus trees that will be located in designated planting areas for all the owners to enjoy.   And to minimize the impact even further, there is a designated parking area inside the gates.  Once you are here, golf carts will wisk you and your groceries away, down the integrated pathways to your private villa.

Pristine, private, and natural...that's the inspiration!  Just you, and a few of your friends.

Of course no luxury development would be complete without some of the amenities you would expect from a project like this.  Let's start with the beach club...located on Playa Los Arcos, this gorgeous beach club will be a great place to relax with your new friends while you soak in the Huatulco sunshine.  Take your choice, head into the ocean or enjoy the freshwater pool, either way, you are never too far from the water.

The on-site restaurant will be a great addition to the development, and as much as possible, utilize fresh produce from inside the grounds.  And since Huatulco gets some 340+ days of sunshine a year, solar energy will be implemented as well for the common areas.

These are just some of the green elements being used at the Beach Village.  This is a unique development and an exclusive opportunity to be a part of a small green community.  Construction has already begun and the show home is going in right now, with a scheduled completion of September 2012.

If you are in town, stop by our office and we will show you this beautiful, eco-sensitive community.
